Marilag is a popular, standard bell pepper variety. Fruits are large and thick-walled, having 3-4 lobes. It turns from green to red at maturity. The plant is compact and vigorous with a height of about 43cm. It is moderately resistant to bacterial wilt and can be grown during the wet season under protected cultivation.
