A heat-tolerant variety having short internodes and thick leaves. Good for salad. Stalks with flower buds are good for frying.

The plant is 35cm high with oval-shaped leaves. They are fresh green with luster. The stalk is about 3cm is diameter. The sideshoots are very prosperous. It can be harvested 30 days from sowing and the period of the harvest is about 45 days. Tolerant to heat. Excellent quality. The suitable temperature for growing is 18-32C.

Plants are vigorous with thick stems. Every leaf has a lateral shoot. New shoots can be picked as a crisp tender green vegetable.
